NPNZ Conference – Queenstown, June
We’re heading to Queenstown this June for the NPNZ Conference and we’re bringing the real conversation with us.
Michal will be speaking alongside Petrina (who leads marketing and branding at 4NP) and Ian (our contracts guy). Between us, this isn’t theory, it’s the day-to-day reality of running clinics, negotiating locum contracts and figuring out how to actually grow something that works.
We’ll be talking about what business ownership really looks like behind the scenes. The pressure, the decisions, the trade-offs and where people tend to get stuck. We’ll also get into locum contracts - what to look for, what gets missed and where people unknowingly give away leverage.
And something we see all the time - not being clear on what you actually help patients with. Not just clinically but how you communicate your value, how you position your service and why that matters more than most people think.
This session is designed to be shaped by you.
If there’s something you’ve been wanting to ask please send it through in advance. We’ll keep everything completely anonymous and we’ll answer it directly.
Nothing is off limits.
We’ll also be at the conference with free tips, practical guidance and a conference-specific guide you can take away and use immediately.
Send your questions to petrina@4np.co.nz and we’ll make sure they’re covered.
If you want straight answers, useful insight and conversations that reflect the reality of what’s actually happening on the ground, we’ll see you there.
